The job involved replacing skylights and installing flashing around the perimeter of my roof—both designed to resolve leakage problems that I have endured for a number of years. While we are yet to be able to gauge the success of this operation since we have not had rain since the installation, I was delighted with the work done by Steve, Mike, Kenny and Luis. Their courtesy, attention to detail, knowledge of the task involved, and general affability were greatly appreciated. As you know, the trades, and especially the roofing business, have been the targets of a great deal of criticism. My past experiences have been less than appreciated and I was pleasantly surprised as I observed your crew on the job. In short, I feel lucky to have found your organization and you should feel lucky to have technicians that are as proficient as the crew that worked on my project. Your foreman, Steve, explained the process, and his crew worked like a team to remove and replace our roof. The entire crew took pride in their work and assured me that we were getting a first-rate job. At the completion of the job, they cleaned up the entire area, and thanked us for our patronage. Ken Cordosa, What a pleasure it was to work with your crew and have completed a project, which I must admit, we all anticipated with a certain amount of dread. Much to the contrary, not only are we pleased with the finished product, but the process was one of the easiest of its kind. Given the nature of our operation here, housing the families of sick children, we naturally wanted as little disruption for our residents as possible during the actual work. We could not have been more impressed with the kind and respectful attitude of your workers or the quick and efficient manner in which they worked. We are grateful that the project completed on time with very little disturbance to our families. N. Goliday Amazingly clean trucks. I've never seen a Turner roofing truck dirty. It continues to amaze me considering what job they do. Employees don't cuss and are friendly. They do not buy the wood until after they get to the location. You are charged based on exactly how much wood they have to buy for your job. They even used a medal detector at the end of the day to clean up any nails they missed in the yard! Pamela P. |
